Gospo Education Enrolment Conditions
Fees, Refunds and Withdrawals
The course cost (inclusive of GST where applicable) is payable to Gospo Pty Ltd before the commencement of each term. This amount is to be paid at the time of enrolment. For group programs, you can pay per month, however, you will be charged an additional 15% fee for administration. No refunds will be provided.
If for any reason you need to withdraw from your enrolment before the end of a course duration, the full payment will still be required and no refund will be applied, including in the case of monthly payment plans.
Gospo Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel an enrollment at any time for any learner. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the directors.
Sickness and non-attendance
It is the responsibility of the learner or parent/caregiver to notify Gospo Pty Ltd of sickness or non-attendance via email to [email protected] should the situation occur with reasonable notice.

All resources are protected by Gospo Pty Ltd or the individual copyright agreement, or in the occasion of aural learning, the arrangements are owned by Charmaine Jones and Gospo Pty Ltd and are not to be recorded, performed or shared without written consent.
Child Safety & Protection
Gospo Pty Ltd has a long history of valuing the safety and individuality of every child and young person that we work with. We strive to create a space where young people feel included and free to speak out. All educators and administrational staff have current and up-to-date national police checks and clearances for working with children in like with our Child Protection Policy.
Permission to use photos, video, voice and/or creative work of children
Please complete this form for all learners enrolled under the age of 18 for the permission to use photos, videos, voice and/or other creative work of children.
