12-16 year olds

The Jones Chorus is a perfect environment tailor-made for teens who love to sing! They will gain a solid foundation in vocal technique, sight-reading, aural development, harmony foundation, performance skills, and fine-tune their general awareness of music. Our teens are in an exciting, but challenging time of their lives!  Help them express themselves through song in a contemporary environment that is nurturing and relevant to this age group. Joanna Arul Tropeano

Joanna is a performer, composer, arranger, choral educator and member, session singer, professional backing vocalist, choreographer and costume designer. She is dynamic, creative, professional and passionate in her approach to voice craft, choral education, performance technique and choreography. Ultimately however she is motivated by the power music has in building inner-confidence, integrity, accountability, love & a community mindset in people of all ages and walks of life. She has educated students from a number of South Australian school finding her roots at Wilderness School as a voice/choral coach for 16 years.
